At Flower Department it's important to us that we get your CBD products to you as quickly and freshly as possible. We understand that your order needs to arrive as fast as possible and that the packaging is discreet. 

Shipping information

For all orders sent in the UK we use Royal Mail. Customers can opt for two different delivery services at checkout:

• Tracked 24
• Special Delivery 1pm

Tracked 24

Tracked 24 orders usually arrive the next working day for most addresses in the United Kingdom, they have a tracking number and a photo will be taken to prove successful delivery. Tracked 24 orders are covered with up to £150 of compensation in the unlikely event they are lost.

Special Delivery 1pm

Special Delivery items will arrive before 1pm on the next working day for most addresses in the United Kingdom. They have comprehensive tracking information and will require a signature upon delivery. Special Delivery orders are covered with upto £750 of compensation in the unlikely event they are lost.

Cut off time

The cutoff time for orders is 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. 

Once an order has been shipped, your tracking number will be added to your order confirmation and you will receive an email with a link where you can track the progress of your delivery. Please check your account for a tracking number before you contact us.

Packaging information

We understand that you want your CBD flowers to arrive the next day as fresh and as discreetly as possible.

All products are packaged in sealed mylar containers with hydration packs (where appropriate) to keep them as fresh as possible.

We then vacuum seal the mylar packs and place them in discreet envelopes to ensure your package arrives safe and sound. There is no identifiable information on the outside of the envelope or parcel.

In almost every case our CBD flowers arrive the next working day in the UK. At present, we do not ship outside of the UK.
